We use high-quality materials and conduct thorough testing to ensure they can withstand regular use.

All of the webbing used in our products have been through numerous pull tests, with the pull strength being over 1,000 lbs.

Our gear is 100% waterproof and made to be easy to clean.

For everyday messes:

• Rinse with water
• Wipe clean with a damp cloth or baby wipe

For tougher dirt, use a little hand or dish soap and gently scrub. Then simply rinse and let it air dry, it'll dry within minutes, so no more soggy walk gear.

Please avoid leaving your gear in direct sunlight for more than 6 hours, as prolonged UV exposure may cause the color to fade over time.

To choose the right size, it is best to measure your pet with a soft measuring tape.

Exchange is free for your first order! We want to make sure you get the sizing right on your first purchase and eliminate sizing issues in the future.

Email us info@happyfloofshop.com within 14 days of the date of initial delivery. All return items must be in new condition and are subject to inspection.

Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.
