How do I clean and maintain the gear?
Our products are fully waterproof and designed for easy cleaning.
Here's a few ways on how to clean our product:
- Rinse under the sink
- Wet wipe or baby wipe
For tougher dirt, a bit of hand or dish soap and a light scrub will do the trick!
Plus our gear dries within minutes, no more damp/soggy walk gear!
When drying, please avoid leaving in direct sunlight for more than 6 hours, as prolonged exposure may cause color fading.
Are your products durable?
Yes, all of our products are designed with durability and safety in mind.
We use high-quality materials and conduct thorough testing to ensure they can withstand regular use.
All of the webbing used in our products have been through numerous pull tests, with the pull strength being over 1,000 lbs.
How do I choose the right size for my pet?
To choose the right size, it is best to measure your pet with a soft measuring tape.

How much will shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are priced directly from our shipping carrier.
Free shipping applies to U.S. orders over $60+ (before tax)
Please note we are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by weather or our shipping carriers. At times, certain circumstances are out of our control. If you have any issues or concerns, feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes!
We ship worldwide, please allow additional shipping days for international orders due to distance and customs.
Please note we are not responsible for any custom or import taxes that may incur.

If you need your order as soon as possible, we recommend that you choose the express shipping option.

How can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped out yet. Please reach out to us via email at info@happyfloofshop.com or Instagram DM (@happyfloofshop)
If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel your order.
When will I receive my order?
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order
Shipping time varies based on location (within the US is usually 2-6 business days)
Please note during holiday seasons, we suggest to place your order as early as possible to avoid shipping delays. If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know in the notes at checkout
I haven't received my order yet!
Orders take 1-3 business days to process and ship out.
All orders come with tracking. If you have any issues with tracking your order, please reach out to us via Instagram or email (info@happyfloofshop.com) and we'll gladly assist you
Can I use more than one promo code?
You can only use one promo code per order.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer returns?
Unfortunately, we currently do not accept returns
However, on the rare occasion that you receive an item that is damaged, please reach out to us via Instagram
Do you offer exchanges?
Exchange is free for your first order! We want to make sure you get the sizing right on your first purchase and eliminate sizing issues in the future.
Email us info@happyfloofshop.com within 14 days of the date of initial delivery. All return items must be in new condition and are subject to inspection.
Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.

We are currently based out of Texas
We do not have a storefront, our products can only be purchased online from our direct website and vendor markets that we participate in!
