When will I receive my order?
For NON-custom apparel and bandanas, please allow 3-7 business days for us to process your order.
For custom/personalized, please allow 5-20 business days to process your order.
Please note during holiday seasons, we suggest to place your order as early as possible to avoid shipping delays. If you need your order by a specific date, please enter a date when adding the item to your cart.
I placed my order but would like to add more items!
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation from us, then you can add additional items onto your order. Please email or DM us on instagram (@the_happyfloof) with your order # and name and we'd gladly assist you.
Can I use more than one promo code?
You can only use one promo code at a time.
How is everything made?
Our bandanas are sewn by us, the apparel is printed by us and leashes are hand made and hand dyed by us! We take pride in the fact that we make everything ourselves. We always use the highest quality of materials and we wouldn't sell anything that we would not use on our own animals and that's something we strongly abide by. Our products have been tested before we launch the products for sale.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are priced directly from our shipping carrier. Shipping within the U.S. is free for orders over $75 (before tax)
Please note we are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by weather or our shipping carriers. At times, some circumstances are out of our control. If you have any issues or concerns, feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide, please allow additional shipping days for international orders due to distance and customs. Please note we are not responsible for any custom or import taxes that may incur.
I need my order quick!
If you need your order as soon as possible, we recommend that you choose the express shipping option. We advise to reach out to us first via email firstname.lastname@example.org or send us a message on Instagram. We will try our best to accommodate
I haven't received my order yet!
All orders come with tracking. If you have any issues with tracking your order, please reach out to us and we'd gladly assist you.
Do you offer returns?
Unfortunately, we currently do not accept returns. We make every item to order, please make sure to check our Size Guide before purchasing.
However, on the rare occasion that you receive an item that is damaged, please email us at email@example.com
Do you accept exchanges?
We currently do not offer exchanges.
Bandanas are machine washable or hand wash with cold water and a little bit of detergent. Hang to dry or throw in dryer on low setting.
Our apparel are machine washable, please wash inside out. DO NOT directly iron on design, please use steam option instead. If you need to iron please place a towel/cloth between the garment and the iron OR iron from reverse side.
Our leashes are made with 100% cotton rope. Please hand wash with a little bit of clothing detergent and hang to dry in a sunny area for quick drying. Please make sure your detergent does not have bleach in it, our leashes are hand dyed therefore any detergent with bleach will cause the color to change or fade.
Our mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. You may hand wash or wash in dishwasher.

I won a giveaway, how do I claim my prize?
If you won one of our giveaways, please DM us on Instagram or email us! Please note, giveaway winners have 24 hours to claim their prize. After 24 hours, we will do a re-draw.
Apparel: up to 5 pets
One or two pets will be placed on left chest
Three or more pets will be placed in the center
Phone Case: Up to 3 pets
One pet will be placed vertically
Two or three pets will be placed horizontally
How long does it take to receive my pet portrait order?

Does it have to be a dog or cat?
Nope! We welcome all types of animals!
Do I get to see a proof of my pets portrait?
If requested, yes! Upon ordering, you will have the option to select whether you want us to send you a proof prior to printing. If selected yes, we will email a proof - you can approve the draft or request any changes you'd like. **Please keep in mind that revisions will require additional days**
Once a proof is sent, you will have THREE DAYS to respond. If we do not receive a response after three days, we will automatically print your order as is. Please note this is to prevent any delays in our queue. To avoid this, please ensure to provide us with an email that is often checked. If you'd prefer us to send your draft to an alternate email or via Instagram message, please provide alternate email/instagram handle in the notes at checkout.
What is the cancellation policy for custom pet portrait items?
If you decide to cancel your order after a proof has been sent to you, there will be a cancellation fee of $15 per custom portrait item, the difference after the cancellation fee will be refunded.
Please understand that our pet portraits take a lot of time and effort thus the cancellation fee.
If you cancel before we send your pet portrait proof, we will refund you entirely.
